The Template Library (tab next to Play Library) is used to store files with one or more images that serve as a starting point for a series of files in the Play Library.
For example, if you want to practice out-of-bounds plays, create a file in the Template folder.
When creating a new file in Play Library, the system will ask if you want a blank file (where you choose the court and its properties) or a file from the Template Library.
Playbook is a collection of your drills in PDF format, organized with chapters, subchapters, and a detailed Table of Contents (TOC) with clickable links to each drill. You can customize these details in the Print menu.
Playbook Editor has books folder on the far right side, which can have subfolders for archiving important or old playbooks. The currently open playbook is in the center; right-click to create or rename chapters and subchapters.
To build the book, simply drag and drop drills from the Play Library on the left side into the desired chapter.
Important: All drills added to a playbook are stored within it. If you delete a drill from the Play Library in the meantime, it remains safe; opening the playbook will recreate those drills in the Play Library. This also applies when sharing: if you send a playbook to a colleague, opening it on their PC will automatically generate all those drills in their Play Library exactly as they were when you created the book.
