Financial Security: All financial transactions for SportCode.co.rs are conducted via PayPal.com. These service providers have exclusive access to payment information, secured by the highest international encryption standards. We do not collect or store any payment card data on our servers.
If you purchase our products, or sign up for our services (collectively the “Services”) and use the content (“Content”), you accept this legal agreement between you and SportCode.co.rs from Serbia. This agreement is governed by the laws of Serbia, and both parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Vrsac. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without notice.
Software Licensing: We grant you a non-exclusive license to activate and use one copy of the Services on a single personal computer (not a server). Licenses are valid for the purchased term (monthly or annual). Software is considered "in use" when loaded into RAM or installed into permanent storage (HDD/SSD).
License Mobility & Resets: You must use the "Remove License" function within the software before formatting a drive, reinstalling the OS, or changing hardware. Failure to do so will result in a locked license; manual reactivation by our team may incur a service fee.
SportCode, SportDraw, and SportOffice are registered trademarks. We do not grant you any license to our intellectual property for commercial distribution. You may only use our Content for private, professional coaching purposes. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
We explicitly allow coaches and users to create and publish videos (streams, tutorials, or social media highlights) using recorded footage from our Services without additional written permission. However, any use of our source code or raw assets outside of these recordings requires prior written consent.
Refunds: Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase and do not apply to services already rendered or minor non-conformities. All fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable once paid. Our entire liability for any claim shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Service.
No Liability: Use of the Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided “as is.” SportCode.co.rs and its affiliates are not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including data loss or lost profits, arising from the use of our software.
YOU MAY NOT modify, translate, rent, lease, resell for profit, or create derivative works of our Services. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the software is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user found in violation of these terms.
